The Human Resources Management Diploma will provide students with the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of human resources management topics to become effective supervisors, managers or Human Resource professional.The Human Resources Management Diploma program explores how human resources (HR) professionals deal with the management of an organization’s workforce: from the most junior member of staff to the chief executive.The focus of the Human Resources Management Diploma program is on HR skills that build effective relationships at all levels of the organization. During the program, students will explore several important topics, including human resources development, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, cultural diversity, labor relations and occupational health and safety.
