StudentAid BC: Student Loans and Grants
To apply for StudentAid BC, follow the “Apply for a Loan” information on the website. StudentAid BC is designed to help B.C. residents overcome financial barriers to post-secondary education, it is a partnership between the provincial and federal governments, who provide interest-free payments during your time of study.
A basic principle of StudentAid BC is that the primary responsibility for the funding of post-secondary education rests with students and their immediate families. You might choose to apply under an out-of-province program such as Student Aid Alberta. Each program website will detail the application process.
