Pet First Aid Seminar
Granville College’s Pet First Aid Seminar is designed to provide the information and practical skills necessary to treat animals in emergency situations. Taught by a Veterinarian, this seminar will strengthen your skills as a basic first responder in the field before professional care is available. Proper and professional application of first aid protocols not only keeps you safe, but also contributes to the best possible outcome for the animal. Our Pet First Aid Seminar is designed with the following key objectives:
- Preserve life
- Alleviate suffering
- Promote recovery
- Prevent aggravation of the injury
- Aid in stabilization until medical care is available

Bandaging, CPR, Burns, Allergic Reactions, Electrocution, Fevers, Heat Stroke, Hit by Car, Hypothermia, Infections, Medicating, Poisoning, Wounds
